This block house has also a size of 70 sqm and offers place for 6 persons. It is also constructed as the holiday house 2 but inverted. It disposes about a terrace, a small garden and is completely fenced.
Kitchen - The open kitchen with dining area is integrated in the living area and equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, 30 liter freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and plenty of crockery and cutlery.
Living room - The huge living room disposes about a direct access to the terrace.It is equipped with a big LCD-TV of the latest generation (with HDTV), radio and cd-player. Here you will find a comfortable daybed for 2 persons.
Bedroom - The two bedrooms are in the upper floor, both dispose about a small balcony. The first bedroom is equipped with a big double-bed, the other with two single beds.
Bath room - The bathroom disposes about a shower.
Terrace and garden- The garden of the holiday house is completely fences with an approx 80 cm height fence. There are gratis garden furniture and sun loungers. Due to the south direction it is possible to enjoy the sun the whole day.
