St. Andreasberg - Ski region Sonnenberg
Our ski region consists on three drag lift and a pony lift. Here you will find down hills for the whole family from easy to difficult. The pists will be serviced by modern piste apparatus. Snowboarder are welcome - there is also possible to drive off-piste - good snow conditions assumed. The alpine rescue outpost St. Andreas is responsible for your security
If there will be no more power, our snow bar invites you for a happy rest period. The cross-country ski run of St. Andreasberg, a paradise for cross country skiing, a bobsleigh slop, both in direct neighbourhood, are further attractions, which are waiting for you.

- - Four lifts and seven ski-runs, from easy to difficult guarantee fun for the whole family.
- With a height of 870 m, the Sonnenberg is the highest ski mountain in the Harz, westwards of the Brocken - - The pists will be cared by a modern snow cat.
- - In the week, the lifts are open from 09:30 - 16:00 h and at the week-end from 09:00 - 16:30 h
- - The lift cards are valid for all ski lifts at the Grossen and Kleinen Sonnenberg.
Snow tubing in Teichtal St. Andreasberg - fun for the whole family.
You have to sit in a tub in order to speed down the prepared slopes, after it is possible to be lifted relaxed the slope with the lift
The tubing installation consists of a very plat slop of a length of approx. 120 m, which increases in the safety zone in order to stop the tube. As a border, the lane is formed with snow on the side. Â&xnbsp;
The 80 tubes are covered truck tubes, which had been furnished with a pvc-basis plate and a band for the fixation on the lift.
The special kick during the tubing is that that user has no influence concerning the speed!
In the 90s the first facilities had been built in the USA. Due to the thrill and the problem-free use for the whole family, a new trend sport had been born. It spread very rapidly and since several years it is possible to execute this kind of sport also in Europe.
Today there are snow tubing-installations in Austria, in the Suisse and in Germany (e.g. in Bayrischzell, Oberhof) and now also n St. Andreasberg! We invite you to expire this installation in Teichtal in St. Andreasberg, directly next to the therapy centre.
